The Need for Feeds: Full-Text RSS
This is a free software project to help people extract and read full-text web content. It can extract content from a standard HTML page and return a 1-item feed or it can transform an existing feed into a full-text feed. This version will pull the 10 latest items from a feed, refreshed every 20 minutes.
To easily transform partial-feeds you encounter (or convert any content on a page into a 1-item feed), drag the link below to your browser's bookmarks toolbar. Then whenever you'd like a full-text feed, click the bookmarklet.

License and Source Code
The source code is available if you'd like to install this application on your own server. It is being developed as part of the Five Filters project to promote alternative, non-corporate media. The application uses PHP, Readability, SimplePie and FeedWriter. Readability is the magic algorithm that identifies and extracts the content.
If the feed you are trying to extract from doesn't validate, you may receive an error. You can check the validation of any feed using this tool.
Consider donating to Keyvan, the application's original author, for his hard work (via his website), and/or make a contribution to support the customized Full-Text RSS service available here.Any donations will go towards server hosting and web development costs, as this is a not-for-profit initiative.
